Yes we always have a seasonal decaf and it has a real "Smooth Groove". Check it out here.
I don't know which coffee to try?
If you are unsure of which coffee to try first, we would recommend our Swingin' Sample Pack which contains 3 of our best sellers at a reduced cost. This way you can try 3 different types of flavour profile we have on offer and then chose your favourite. We are also always on hand to help you in your coffee experience, so please drop us a message at email@example.com with your coffee questions.
How can I keep my coffee fresh?
Our coffee comes with a roast date and best before date printed on each bag. Our coffee is best used within 3 months of roasting. Keep the coffee sealed in the bag or in an air tight container, in a cool dry location away from heat or direct sunlight. We wouldn't recommend putting it in the fridge or freezer as this can affect the coffee.
How do you choose the coffee's you offer?
We believe in offering seasonally fresh coffee of impeccable quality from a fully traceable supply chain. We stand by sustainability and support projects which help to bring social change to some of the world best coffee growing communities. Our coffee may change with the seasons but our morals are stead fast in the desire to provide our Funky Family with top quality, great tasting, responsibly sourced coffee.
Do you offer coffee pods?
We don't sell coffee pods at this time, however, you can still put some funk in that cup. We would recommend purchasing a reusable pod that is compatible with your machine, and then either grinding our beans at home to a fine espresso grind to put inside your pod, or utilising our pre ground for espresso option.
How does your coffee subscription work?
Each month we pick our "coffee of the month" and deliver it to you at regular intervals of your choice to ensure you can always "Keep it Funky". If you're a regular drinker this is a great, hassle free option. Allow us to pick the coffee and get it to you, all you have to do is drink it and enjoy. We love the sound of that! How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to get your coffee out of the door, fresh from our roastery as soon as possible. For most UK orders you can expect to receive it within 2-3 working days at most.
Do you have a returns policy?
Coffee is a perishable product that we roast to order, therefore we are unable to accept returns on coffee orders. If there has been an error with your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 28 days of your purchase and we will be happy to help.
